I am a composer, conductor, violist and pianist, I’ve graduated with honors and won prizes in national and international competitions. My CD on Carl Reinecke’s chamber music was awarded with “CD of the Month” prize on “CD Classical” magazine review. As a composer, arranger and conductor I’ve collaborated with many Artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman, Cecilia Gasdia, Anna Caterina Antonacci, Enrico Dindo, Federico Mondelci, Andrea Griminelli, Lucio Dalla, Valeria Moriconi, Giorgio Zagnoni, Danilo Rossi. I like and write almost all kind of music: classical symphonic and chamber, opera, jazz, pop, rock, folk). My premieres have been performed by many Orchestras worldwide (Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala – La Scala Theatre, Moscow Chamber Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, Norwalk Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra della Radiotelevisione Slovena, Orchestra Haydn Bozen, Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, I Solisti di Pavia di Enrico Dindo, Euroradio Concerts live via satellite, Orchestra Sinfonica di Sanremo, Orchestra Filarmonica Marchigiana, Istituzione Sinfonica Abruzzese, Orchestra di Roma e del Lazio, Orchestra Sinfonica di Bari) in many Concert Halls (Carnegie Hall - New York City, Moscow International House of Music, Manchester Cello Festival, Brunnenhof Monaco di Baviera, Theatre de Las Bellas Artes – Mexico City, Norwalk Concert Hall, Auditorium RadioTV Slovenia, The Presidential Symphony Orchestra Concert Hall – Ankara, Turkey).

I'm Principal Solo Viola of the Orchestra da Camera di Bologna and the Orchestra Filarmonica Marchigiana. I'm Viola teacher at the Conservatory "L. D' Annunzio" of Pescara and I've been Artistic Director of Chamber Orchestra of Bologna.

I'm the founder of the Ensemble Opera Petite, a small ensemble which plays full operas and arias with the sound of a full orchestra with my musical arrangements of the most famous italian operas.
The Opera Petite Ensemble has been in Japan in february 2001, in tour with Puccini's Boheme (full opera) and Serata Puccini, a concert devoted to Puccini's famous arias.

As composer and arranger I've collaborated with many famous Artists, among which Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman, Gustav Kuhn, Lucio Dalla, Federico Mondelci, Cecilia Gasdia, Anna Caterina Antonacci, Valeria Esposito, Andrea Griminelli, Valeria Moriconi, Danilo Rossi, Giorgio Zagnoni, writing arrangements for concerts where these artists performed with many world famous symphony orchestras (Con te partirò (Time to say goodbye), Romanza, Canto della Terra (Earth song) for Andrea Bocelli, performed all over the world).

I'm composer of musics that embraces the more varied musical kinds (chamber and symphonic classical, jazz, light).

Movie Concerto
- scenes written like a soundtrack, a divertissement-concerto for viola and orchestra; Milonga Para Astor - devoted to the memory of Astor Piazzolla; Our Father - a prayer for Tenor and orchestra, performed at the Sanctuary of the Madonna of Loreto and commissioned by the same Sanctuary on the occasion of the Jubilee 2000; Leonard Ouverture - for large symphony orchestra, devoted to Leonard Bernstein, performed live via satellite in 20 countries in Euroradio Concerts Season 2002-03; Four pictures from New York - concert for sax and orchestra, composed for the italian famous saxophonist Federico Mondelci, premiered with great success of audience and criticism and conducted by M° Gabriel Chmura, winner of the Karajan Competition, and recently performed at the Carnegie Hall - New York City; Elegy for Manhattan, written keeping in mind the poignant memory of the 11 september 2001 victims; Twin Legends, written for the famous cellist Enrico Dindo; The Lodger, my original soundtrack composed for the silent movie by Alfred Hitchcock.

On the occasion of the International Congress "Maria Montessori and the XXI Century" held in Chiaravalle (AN), native city of the famous pedagogist Maria Montessori, when has been inaugurated and reopened her native house, a work has been commissioned to me: Montessoriana cantata for soprano, dramatic reading, viola, children choir and orchestra, that has debut with great success of public and criticism. Montessoriana was performed in may 2002 (50th anniversary of the death of M. Montessori) in Rome at the Great Hall of the Ministery of Cultural Goods. Guest star was the italian famous actress Valeria Moriconi as Maria Montessori.

Furthermore, I arranged and conducted the Symphony Orchestra of the most famous italian pop competition, the Sanremo Festival 2005, broadcasted live worldwide, and I've been the President of the Jury for "Sanremolab - Accademia della Canzone di Sanremo" for three consecutive years.

My original composition has been choosen as soundtrack of the entire advertising campaign of Pasta Barilla, the worldwide famous italian pasta manufacturer, on air since September 1999.

Since January 2009 I'm Artistic Director for the Innovation of Orchestra Sinfonica "G.Rossini"
